From a young age, I was drawn to the mystery behind existence. Not content with surface-level answers, I dove into an ocean of disciplines. My shelves were filled with texts on psychology, sociology, philosophy, comparative religion, anthropology, Islamic theology, and later, mindfulness, trauma healing, and consciousness studies. I explored the social sciences to understand people, spirituality to understand meaning, and philosophy to understand truth.

But something was always missing. The answers were often fragmented – compelling, yes, but not complete. The soul wasn’t just asking “how do we think?” or “how do we behave?” but “who am I really?” and “where is my Creator in all of this?”

Through this book, I hope you the reader find your deeper sense in the meaning of life and are able to balance the worldly needs this life brings, with the inner spiritual yearning one has.
