Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Quality Check

All items purchased from HasaniBooks.com will be carefully inspected and packed to ensure they are in good condition before delivery to customers.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, customer preference, or any damages that occur after the goods have been received by the customer.

3. Conditions for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item or defective product received (e.g., missing pages, damaged, printing error, manufacturing defect).

  • The returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

4. Notification Period

Customers must notify us at hasanibooksonline@gmail.com within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
Returned goods must reach us within 10 working days from the date of notification.

5. Late Notification

Requests made after the stipulated period, or goods returned without prior notice, will not be accepted. No refund or exchange will be processed in such cases.

6. How to Request a Return / Exchange

All requests for return or exchange must be made online via email or our customer service form.
Requests made at physical stores will not be entertained.

7. Replacement Options

We reserve the right to offer the customer either:

  • A direct replacement of the same item, or

  • An alternative item of equal value, if the original item is out of stock.

8. Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
We regret that no refund will be made for shipping costs in other cases.

9. Return Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please fill in the Return Slip included in your shipment.
If you do not have the form, kindly contact our Online Support team at hasanibooksonline@gmail.com, and we will email you a copy.

10. Refund Process & Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will only be granted if the returned item is confirmed to be in its original condition.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

11. Evaluation

Upon receiving your returned items, we will conduct an evaluation within 2 business days.

  • If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, and reimburse the courier charges (if applicable).

  • If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back. In this case, courier charges will not be reimbursed.

12. General Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the above conditions.
