2. Why should I buy from Hasanibooks Online instead of a physical store?

Buying online offers convenience, time-saving, and access to exclusive promotions or discounts. You can shop 24/7 without traveling to a physical outlet, and our membership and point reward system ensures loyal customers get added benefits for every purchase.


3. How do I place an order online?

  1. Browse products and select your favorite items.
  2. Add items to your shopping cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details (name, address, contact number).
  4. Select a payment method and complete the transaction.

Once your payment is confirmed, our team will process your order, and the items will be shipped via courier. You will receive an email notification containing your order confirmation and tracking details.


4. I haven’t received my purchased item. What should I do?

If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of making payment, please contact our Customer Service team. We will review your order status and investigate whether the delay is due to courier service or internal processing.


5. I didn’t get an order confirmation or shipment email.

Please check that your email address is correct and that the message has not gone to your spam folder. Confirmation emails are usually sent within 2 working days after payment verification. If you still do not receive the email, contact us via:

6. What is my order number / order reference?

After placing your order, you will receive a notification email. Your order reference number will appear as: #1XXX. Please keep this reference for tracking or inquiry purposes.


7. How can I make payment?

Hasanibooks Online accepts:

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank-in via ATM (manual payment)

Please ensure the payment is made within the time frame specified to avoid transaction failure. Payments made outside operating hours may not be processed.


8. Payment problems with Maybank2u or FPX

  • Maybank2u NBEpay: Available 6:00 AM – 12:00 Midnight
  • MEPS FPX channels: Available 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Payments attempted outside these hours may fail. If failure occurs, retry within operational hours or contact Customer Service.


9. Can I use coins or small denominations at ATMs for payment?

We recommend online payment methods as ATMs may not accept small notes (RM1, RM5). Please do not include money in the package. Any excess payment via ATM will not be refunded.


10. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Processing time: Usually within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Courier transit: 2–3 working days for domestic delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


11. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on courier charges and destination. Final shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.


12. What if the items arrive damaged or incorrect?

Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide order number and photos of the product. Hasanibooks will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


13. Membership & Reward Points

  • Membership Program: Customers earn points for every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts or exclusive offers.
  • Eligibility: Only registered members.
  • Point Redemption: Available at checkout for online purchases.
  • Point Validity: 12 months from the date earned.
