1) Electricity Supply Act 1990 (Act 447), Electricity Supply (Successor Company) Act 1990 (Act 448) & Regulations [As At 15th April 2019]

2) Act 447 – An Act to provide for the regulation of the electricity supply industry, the supply of electricity at reasonable prices, the licensing of any electrical installation, the control of any electrical installation, plant and equipment with respect to matters relating to the safety of persons and the efficient use of electricity and for purposes connected therewith.

3) Act 448 – An Act to provide for the vesting of property, rights and liabilities of the National Electricity Board of the States of Malaya in a company, to make financial arrangements for that company, to provide for matters relating to staff and for other matters connected therewith.
